To clean the leather, use a damp cloth and let it air dry. You can apply a little moisturizing cream to prevent it from drying out. Some colors may fade when using wet accessories.
Accessories are warranted for 60 days against manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damages caused as a consequence of the use and intervention of the animal. To request the warranty, the customer must do so through the customer service channels, describing the manufacturing defect of the accessory along with the order and invoice number, in order to expedite the registration of the case and warranty process. Once the request is received, Feroz will have 30 calendar days to proceed with the repair of the damage or change the accessory for a new one, if necessary. FEROZ.COM.CO does not refund money, except for the condition of withdrawal of purchase described above.
